Kevin Burke, Managing Director, Sound Securities, is responsible for Sound’s distribution of alternative investment products. He has represented Arlington in the United States since 2005. Before Sound Kevin was most recently CEO of the Ambac Financial Group’s investment advisor, Cadre Financial Services and their broker dealer, Ambac Securities. Prior to joining Ambac, Kevin was Senior Vice President and director of public pension and corporate institutional sales at PaineWebber’s asset management subsidiary, Mitchell Hutchins, from 1996 to 2000, where he covered Europe, the Middle East as well as large public funds in the U.S. Before PaineWebber, Kevin was the Global Securities Lending Executive for the Chase Manhattan Bank, building their global presence over a period of 7 years. In recent years Kevin has served as a board member, and in 2000 and 2006 as Chairman, of the National Association of State Treasurers’ corporate affiliates board. Kevin holds a B.A., Fordham University (Honors), an M.A., Vanderbilt University, where he was the holder of a national fellowship, and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University. He also holds series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses. |
