Catherine Sheridan is the CEO and Principal of Ulysses Partners LLC, Chicago, and a member of Sound Securities. She has represented Arlington in the United States since 2006.

Prior to founding Ulysses Partners in March 2003, Catherine was an international arbitrageur, and partner of Orion Securities.  She also managed international arbitrage portfolios at Yorkton Capital, and Midland Capital, currently Merrill Lynch of Canada.

Catherine serves on the Board of Governors for the Georgetown University, the board of Directors for the Neuman Center, University of Illinois at Chicago, and the board of Findley Inc., a division of AXA financial advisors. She also sits on the board of the Hanlon Group, a manufacturer’s representative firm specializing in plastics, located in Chicago.  Other business concerns have included Maria V. Pinto designs and I options .com.

Catherine holds a B.Sc. from Georgetown University 1981, a Masters in Public Policy from Northwestern University 1984, and an M.Sc. in Financial Markets and Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology 1996. Her securities licenses include series 7, 55, 63, 24 and options principal.
